Volley Goodman Flat Fee Full Service Real Estate

I offer a full service professional sales and marketing package for only $1499. I do everything; market your home, make appointments, find a buyer, close the sale and manage all the paperwork through escrow for one low fee.

My service includes an analysis of your local market, a comparative price analysis of your home, listing on the MLS, MLS photographs, custom yard signs, lock box and more.

In short I do almost everything other full service brokers do for 3% of the sales price. My clients get personal service with professional results and they save a lot of money.

I maintain membership in the National, Texas, and Houston Association of Realtors. I understand and abide by all local and state laws.

I personally work with all my clients to make the most on the sale of their home and in the shortest period of time, and I focus on what I know best: the Houston market.
